Session Update
Sheridan and Johnson County lawmakers in the House voted almost unanimously against a bill to make school board elections partisan. The exception was Rep. Ken Pendergraft, who voted for it. The delegation supported bills that decrease women’s healthcare access and one that protects senior services. They were a mixed bag on other education bills and proposals that help or harm workers.
