Welcome & Mingling (30 min)

• Guests arrive, hosts greet, and conversations start flowing.
• Light refreshments, appetizers, and introductions to build connection.

Program (12-15 min)

• Host shares why they’re involved with the organization and why they’ve brought everyone together today.
• Host, volunteer presenter, or staff offers a brief update on strategy and impact.

Q&A (5-10 min)

• Open space for full group reflections and questions to deepen engagement.

Invitation to Give & Get Involved (5-7 min)

• A clear, inspiring invitation to donate, followed by a moment for guests to take action.
• Ideally comes from the host (prior host or staff can coach); otherwise, their volunteer or staff coach.

Closing & Mingling (50 min)

• Thank guests and share next steps (follow-up, future gatherings, etc.).
• Lead host, co-hosts, and staff use this time to circulate intentionally to identify strong leads for potential members or donors.
