If there’s anything Wyomingites can agree on, it’s freedom. And if there’s one freedom we can all get equally riled up about, it’s freedom to use the incredible open spaces that make Wyoming what it is.
When that freedom came under threat a couple thousand miles away in Washington, D.C., we made our concerns known. The so-called “Big Beautiful Bill” included the sale of over a million acres of public land. Hundreds of folks from all over the state showed up at the capitol in Cheyenne to protest this sale. Rallies also happened in Casper and Sheridan at the offices of Senator Barrasso.
